Group Ethics Officer M/F
As part of the Group’s Legal and Compliance Department, reporting to the Group General Counsel, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the Group’s system for collecting, analyzing, and processing ethics alerts, in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (including the Sapin II Act, European directives, and local laws).
You will also contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group’s compliance program.
- Manage the Group's ethics reporting system and serve as the central point of contact for receiving and processing reports (corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud, competition, international sanctions, business ethics, etc.).
- Ensure the operational management of reports: assessment, prioritization, coordination of analyses, monitoring of investigations, closure, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements (confidentiality, whistleblower protection, rights of those implicated, traceability).
- Work closely with relevant functions (Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Security, Local Compliance, Management).
- Manage the Group’s alert collection and management tools (hotline, dedicated platforms, workflows) .
- Coordinate the network of ethics/compliance liaisons within subsidiaries and provide methodological support on complex or sensitive cases.
- Contribute to the definition and development of the compliance program (policies, procedures, charters) and participate in compliance audits of subsidiaries.
- Participate in the preparation of internal reports for senior management and governance bodies.
- Contribute to employee training and awareness initiatives and to fostering a culture of ethics and “speak\-up”
- Monitor regulatory developments and best practices, and propose areas for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- You hold a master’s degree (5 years of higher education) from a prestigious university, business school, IEP, or equivalent institution.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in roles related to compliance, ethics, internal control, auditing, or risk management within an international group.
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

- You possess excellent writing and summarization skills.
