A new chapter begins – welcome to Tribera!

About the role:

Tribera is seeking a Group ESG Lead to lead and execute ESG and sustainability initiatives across investment, development, operations, asset management and corporate activities.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands\-on delivery and will be directly responsible for driving corporate ESG reporting, sustainability monitoring, carbon and ESG data processes, governance coordination and implementation of ESG\-related frameworks and initiatives across the platform. At the same time, the role acts as a cross\-functional support function to investment, development, and operational teams, helping integrate ESG considerations into day\-to\-day activities, decision\-making and reporting processes.

This is an entrepreneurial role suited to someone proactive, ownership\-driven and comfortable operating both strategically and operationally while building processes, driving implementation and pushing initiatives forward within a growing and evolving real estate platform.

What You'll Do:

ESG \& Sustainability Integration

  • Lead the implementation and continuous development of the Group ESG framework across the platform.

  • Translate ESG objectives into practical workflows, controls, reporting structures and operational processes.

  • Promote a commercially pragmatic and proportionate approach to ESG integration aligned with asset type, contractual scope and operational realities.
Corporate ESG \& Reporting
  • Lead preparation and coordination of annual Group sustainability report, ESG disclosures and investor\-related ESG reporting requirements.

  • Drive implementation, monitoring and tracking of corporate ESG objectives, initiatives and KPIs.

  • Lead and coordinate governance, wellbeing, responsible procurement, supplier engagement and social impact initiatives where relevant.
Responsible Investment \& Transaction Support
  • Support ESG integration throughout acquisitions, developments, underwriting and due diligence processes.

  • Ensure ESG risks, mitigation measures and sustainability considerations are appropriately assessed, documented and traceable within investment workflows.

  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of ESG onboarding, screening and investment processes.
Development \& Technical ESG Coordination
  • Support integration of ESG and sustainability considerations throughout development and refurbishment projects.

  • Coordinate with development, technical and external advisory teams on topics including energy efficiency, electrification, EPC performance, CRREM assessments, embodied carbon, renewable energy and sustainability certifications.

  • Assist in documenting ESG\-related design decisions, feasibility assessments and sustainability trade\-offs where required.
Operational ESG \& Asset\-Level Support
  • Support implementation and onboarding of ESG requirements across operational assets and new mandates.

  • Coordinate operational ESG data collection, monitoring and benchmarking activities, including energy, water and waste metrics where available.

  • Support Operations and Asset Management teams in identifying and implementing practical ESG initiatives aligned with portfolio objectives and investor expectations.
Carbon, Data \& Sustainability Monitoring
  • Lead development and continuous improvement of ESG, environmental and sustainability data collection processes across the portfolio.

  • Own coordination of carbon accounting, environmental performance monitoring, ESG KPIs and portfolio\-level benchmarking activities.

  • Drive implementation of carbon reduction, operational efficiency and sustainability improvement initiatives aligned with Group ESG objectives.
Governance, Documentation \& Coordination
  • Lead ESG\-related governance, reporting, documentation and escalation processes across business functions.

  • Ensure implementation of traceable and auditable ESG documentation, reporting and record\-keeping practices.

  • Coordinate ESG integration within existing governance, risk, operational and reporting structures in a practical and proportionate manner.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience \& Background

  • 4–8\+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, real estate, development, investment, operations or related advisory environments.

  • Practical understanding of ESG integration across investment, development, asset management, operations and corporate functions.

  • Experience coordinating cross\-functional stakeholders in international or multi\-jurisdiction environments.

  • Previous ESG or sustainability\-related experience within the German and/or Italian real estate market is considered a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks, sustainability certifications and European regulatory requirements (e.g. CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CRREM, DGNB, Fitwel, WiredScore or similar) is beneficial.
Skills \& Personal Characteristics
  • Strategic and commercially minded, balancing sustainability ambitions with operational realities.

  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and jurisdictions.

  • Proactive and hands\-on approach, comfortable driving implementation and building processes.

  • Ability to translate ESG objectives into practical initiatives and measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborative, structured and detail\-oriented working style with focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

What we Offer:

  • A substantive and high\-impact role with real ownership across a growing, pan\-European real estate platform.

  • Competitive compensation package (€45,000–€85,000 annually), depending on location and experience), with employment or B2B structure to be discussed.

  • Flexibility to be based in Berlin, Milan or Vienna, or to work fully remotely from within Europe.

  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment that values initiative, fresh thinking and pragmatic problem\-solving.

  • A supportive and collegial culture with room to grow alongside the business.

  • Your birthday as an additional day off — because that one's yours.
