The role

We are looking for a Group Consolidation \& Reporting Manager to run the consolidation and external

financial reporting of a complex, multi\-entity, multi\-jurisdiction group under IFRS. You will be a key

technical contributor on group reporting and a day\-to\-day contact for our external auditors, working

closely with local finance teams across our markets.

This is a hands\-on role: you will be close to the numbers and the process every day.

What you will do:

• Run the group consolidation process across all entities and jurisdictions under IFRS


• Prepare consolidated financial statements and group reporting packages


• Support the group audit to close — day\-to\-day contact for external auditors, managing audit requests, timelines and technical queries


• Apply IFRS technical accounting positions and help ensure consistent application of group accounting policy across markets


• Help improve and scale consolidation processes, controls and tools as the group grows


• Partner with local finance teams to ensure quality and timeliness of reporting inputs


• Support management and board reporting with reliable, audit\-ready numbers

What we are looking for:

• 5\+ years in group consolidation and/or audit of consolidated IFRS financial statements,


• ideally for multinational groups


• Solid technical knowledge of IFRS and multi\-entity consolidation


• Experience working with external auditors through an audit cycle


• Big Four or audit\-firm training a plus


• Fluent English (our working language); additional European languages a plus


• Hands\-on, detail\-driven, and comfortable in a fast\-paced, high\-complexity environment


• Qualified or part\-qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CPA / equivalent) preferred
