GroundWorks Gang

We are recruiting a 3 Man Gang with Groundworks/civil engineering background experience to work on challenging projects in the Stafford Area.

TWe are looking for skilled Ground Workers Gang with good communication skills to join our site teams in Stafford.

To be considered for the role you must have:

Ideally work as a gang but will consider individual applications for each of the gang roles.

The gangs should compromise;

• Excavator operator (above and below)


• 1 X Groundworkers (roller/dumper)


• 1 X Groundworker

You must have a minimum of five years site experience and a valid / relevant competency card issued by a CSCS affiliated partner scheme (e.g. CPCS, NPORS), NRSWA tickets. The CSCS logo must be visible on the card.

You will need your own transport.

All other training relevant to the role will be provided along with PPE.

Site working hours 7:30\-16:30
