Grid Code Compliance Engineer (all genders)
Your mission:
- Analyze and interpret international grid code regulations and determine whether we meet the relevant requirements.
- Optimize control loops of renewable power plant control solutions.
- Use, maintain, and support our simulation models.
- Work in an international environment.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Development, Product Management, and our local experts in our subsidiaries.
- Independently familiarize yourself with complex technical topics and continuously expand your expertise.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in grid code compliance.
- Experience with simulation tools such as Simulink, PSCAD, or PowerFactory is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand and interpret complex technical documents.
- Affinity for theoretical work and analytical problem\-solving.
- Responsible, reliable, and conscientious way of working.
- Confidence in working independently, making well\-founded decisions, and proactively communicating alignment needs.
- Ability to create clear, well\-structured, and understandable technical documentation.
- Language skills: Fluent in English and intermediate proficiency in German; Spanish is a plus.
