<p class="p1"><strong>Role summary:</strong></p>
<p class="p2">The WPP Production team is looking for a Graphic Production Artist with expertise in Photoshop for website production. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the interactive space and its production requirements including resolution and outputs. In addition, candidates must be detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple servers, organized, undaunted by working under tight deadlines, and have a keen eye for image quality.</p>
<p class="p4"><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li2">Update product imagery and UI elements in Photoshop comps, and output web graphics</li>
<li class="li2">Structure Photoshop comps to optimize efficient production and localization workflows using slices, smart objects, and layer comps</li>
<li class="li2">Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, text, and links are flawless</li>
<li class="li2">Track and check-in web graphics and visual assets using a version control system</li>
<li class="li2">Ensure project deadlines are met and with accurate file handoffs for localization</li>
<li class="li2">Support training of newer team members</li>
</ul>
<p class="p6"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li2">3-5 years experience in a hands-on, high-volume web or HTML email design and publishing environment (or equivalent)</li>
<li class="li2">Photoshop expertise, particularly setting up files for web production and adhering to graphic design standards</li>
<li class="li2">Excellent design and typography sensibilities applicable to web pages and HTML email</li>
<li class="li2">Familiarity with Sketch and GiT</li>
<li class="li2">Solid standards-based HTML, CSS, and general web publishing knowledge</li>
<li class="li2">Highly detail oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel</li>
<li class="li2">Thrives in a challenging, fast-paced web publishing workplace</li>
<li class="li2">Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li class="li2">Establishes rapport and collaborates easily with designers and web developers</li>
<li class="li2">Able to adhere to a consistent graphic production and checkin process, while also identifying opportunities for improvement</li>
<li class="li2">Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude</li>
