Salary: £28,000 \- £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, Monday \- Friday, 39 hours per week

The opportunity
Reporting to the Creative Content \& Brand Manager, you'll play an important role in delivering creative that connects with customers at every stage of their journey.
Working across a wide variety of projects, you'll transform creative briefs into compelling visual content for digital marketing, social media, CRM, websites, paid advertising, in\-store POS, presentations and print collateral.
This is a hands\-on creative role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in producing high\-quality work with excellent attention to detail.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, CRM, Digital, Ecommerce and Social Media, contributing ideas, developing creative concepts and helping to ensure our brands remain fresh, engaging and visually consistent across every customer touchpoint.
What you'll own
Creating engaging creative assets across digital and print channels, including social media, CRM, websites, blogs, paid advertising, in\-store POS and marketing collateral.
Taking projects from initial brief through to final artwork, delivering work accurately, on time and to a consistently high standard.
Supporting seasonal campaigns, product launches, retail promotions, recruitment activity and internal communications.
Collaborating with Marketing, CRM, Ecommerce and Digital teams to develop creative solutions that support commercial objectives.
Producing engaging presentations, training materials and branded documentation.
Creating, editing and optimising imagery for web, email and social media.
Producing simple motion graphics and video content for digital platforms.
Preparing artwork for print production and liaising with external suppliers where required.
Maintaining brand consistency across all creative output while continually looking for opportunities to enhance visual storytelling.
Using AI\-powered creative tools responsibly to improve creative workflows, efficiency and productivity.
What we're looking for
You'll probably have around two or more years' commercial experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer or Digital Designer within an in\-house marketing team, creative studio or design agency.
You'll bring:
Strong graphic design skills with an excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Experience designing for both digital and print marketing.
An understanding of responsive digital design and designing for multiple platforms.
Experience working within established brand guidelines.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high\-quality visual design.
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Confidence working collaboratively with marketing, digital and content teams.
An interest in AI\-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies.
Experience with collaborative design platforms such as Figma or Canva, together with familiarity with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, would be advantageous.
