We're looking for a creative, detail\-focused designer who enjoys solving real\-world problems and wants to create product designs that genuinely improve the way people work.
The Role
This isn't your typical graphic design position.
You'll work closely with our sales team, customers and production team to design bespoke visual management solutions that are both visually impressive and highly functional.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing bespoke visual management boards and whiteboards
- Creating shadow board layouts and workplace organisation solutions \- which can include time onsite measuring tools.
- Producing large format graphics, signage and wall graphics
- Preparing production\-ready artwork
- Working directly with customers to understand their requirements
- Supporting projects from concept through to manufacture
- Maintaining brand consistency across customer solutions
- Contributing ideas for new products and design improvements
You'll be someone who enjoys finding creative solutions and takes pride in producing high\-quality work.
You'll ideally have:
- Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills
- Good knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong layout and typography skills
- Experience producing print\-ready artwork
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues
- A proactive, positive attitude
- Experience within large format print, signage or manufacturing
- CAD or technical drawing experience
- Product design or industrial design knowledge
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Visual Management
- Experience producing installation drawings or technical artwork
