From transforming business parks and designing striking signage to creating complete brand identities, websites and marketing campaigns, we help our clients stand out.

We're growing, and we're looking for an ambitious designer with great creative flair and a sharp eye for detail to join our Brighton\-based team.

What You'll Be Working On

You'll enjoy a varied workload, designing across both print and digital, including:

• Brand identities and logo design


• Brochures, marketing collateral and printed literature


• Large Format Print


• Website design and content updates


• HTML email campaigns


• Vehicle graphics and wraps


• Interior and exterior signage


• Social media graphics and digital marketing assets


• Large\-scale branding projects

You'll collaborate closely with our project managers and production team, taking projects from concept through to final artwork and production.

Your Day\-to\-Day

As part of our creative team, you'll:

• Develop creative concepts that exceed client expectations


• Produce high\-quality artwork for print and digital platforms


• Interpret design briefs and deliver projects on time and within budget


• Prepare production\-ready artwork with exceptional attention to detail


• Retouch and optimise imagery


• Proofread and quality\-check all artwork before release


• Organise and maintain project files and artwork libraries


• Update client and company websites


• Support project managers with estimating design time


• Keep up to date with design trends, technology and AI tools

What You'll Bring

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3 years' professional graphic design experience


• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, print and digital work


• Expert knowledge of:


• Adobe Creative Suite


• Photoshop


• Illustrator


• InDesign


• Excellent typography and layout skills


• Experience creating content for social media


• Website design and content management experience


• Outstanding attention to detail

Bonus Points If You Have Experience In

• AI\-assisted design workflows


• Branding and identity systems


• Web/UI design


• HTML email design


• Signage or large\-format graphics


• Commercial property or environmental branding
