BESTSECRET is looking for a talented, mid\-level Graphic Designer to join our Design team, to create and optimize visual content for our organic social media channels and paid ads, balancing brand integrity with performance goals. You'll be expected to review existing content, identify optimization opportunities, and propose creative solutions that keep pace with the fast\-moving social media landscape.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Create engaging visual content for social media channels that aligns with BESTSECRET's brand guidelines and marketing objectives


• Develop creative concepts and variations for both organic social and paid advertising campaigns


• Adapt and iterate quickly based on platform\-specific requirements, trends, and performance feedback


• Stay ahead of social trends and propose new content ideas, formats, and strategies that strengthen organic and paid performance


• Animate or edit video content for social media platforms

Experience :

• 3\-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with focus on social media and/or digital marketing


• Proven track record of creating content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)


• Background in e\-commerce or fashion/retail marketing


• Understanding of paid advertising platforms and creative requirements (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, RTB house adds)

• Expert proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, collaboration)


• Advanced image editing skills (Adobe Photoshop or equivalent)


• Proficiency in After Effects for video editing and motion graphics


• Proficiency in Smartly (or similar performance platform for creating ads)

• A genuine team player who thrives in collaborative environments


• Someone who brings positive energy and contributes to a healthy team culture


• Able to give and receive feedback constructively


• Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—in English
