Job Description:
We are a busy bar/pub/social venue with branches in Wokingham and Farnham, looking for a highly creative and energetic Full\-Time Graphic Designer \& Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team.
If you live and breathe creativity, love social media and want to make a real impact — this role is for you!
This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow the online presence of both venues, working closely with the team across both sites.
Responsibilities:
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to life through eye\-catching graphics for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, create and schedule engaging social media content and campaigns for both Wokingham and Farnham branches
- Manage and update both venue websites with events, promotions and news
- Produce fun and creative short videos and reels for social platforms
- Design standout promotional materials (posters, banners, flyers) for both sites
- Think outside the box to grow our audience and boost engagement across both venues
- A genuinely creative person with a strong eye for design and detail
- Experience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current trends
- Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikTok\-style content)
- Website update experience (WordPress or similar)
- Able to manage workload across two locations
- Self\-motivated, passionate about hospitality and full of ideas!
Pay: £26,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
