Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our New Business teams, Strategists, Client leads, PR team and Creatives across the entire Power of One \- shaping how we communicate, package and showcase our best work to clients. This includes designing pitch decks and client presentations but also creating case films, visuals, and social media content. The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. What you will do

Design and elevate/beautify our internal and external communication and storytelling through strong visuals and engaging graphics \- always on brand, always with impact.

This includes e.g. pitch decks, client presentations, case films, visuals and social media assets for Publicis Groupe and our agencies.
Build design systems and templates that help teams work smarter and faster.
Translate ideas into powerful visuals that captivate, inspire, and “wow” our clients.
Collaborate with New Business teams, Creatives, Strategists, Client Leads, PR and other teams across Publicis Groupe – as Power of One. Please make sure to attach or include a link to your portfolio in your application.

You have

• Experience from working at/with agencies with presentation design and visual storytelling.


• A strong portfolio showcasing presentation design and pitch materials.


• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), motion/animation skills (After Effects, Premiere) as well as relevant AI tools (such as Google Gemini, Runway, Adobe Firefly and Claude).


• Strong skills in Keynote, PowerPoint and other presentation tools.


• Passion for exploring new AI tools and continuously finding smarter, faster and more efficient ways of working – while also elevating creativity, quality and impact.


• An understanding of brand identity and how to apply brand systems consistently


• Experience in how to create compelling branded social content.


• Excellent written communication in English and Swedish.
