This is a rare opportunity to join an iconic, high-end venue at an exciting stage of growth — building out an in-house creative team to elevate brand and marketing output.

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong print expertise to take ownership of visual output across the brand — delivering beautifully executed, on-brand creative across both print and digital channels.

The Opportunity

• A newly created role with real scope to shape and elevate the brand’s visual identity


• Work within a luxury environment surrounded by countryside and world-class facilities


• Be part of building a high-performing in-house creative function


• Own high-end creative output across premium print and digital touchpoints


• Collaborate closely with marketing to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing high-quality print collateral — brochures, menus, event programmes, signage, and more


• Managing print production end-to-end, including supplier liaison and press checks


• Creating digital assets for social, email, web, and campaigns


• Maintaining and evolving brand consistency across all visual communications


• Collaborating with marketing to produce visually compelling, integrated campaigns


• Supporting wider teams with design for events, partnerships, and guest experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio


• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)


• Strong expertise in print production, prepress, and colour management


• A sharp eye for layout, typography, and detail


• Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas


• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders

Experience within luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands would be highly beneficial.
