At Apleona, We are always on the lookout for talented and dynamic individuals to join our team. We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer \& Marketing Executive to be based at our Head Office in Dublin 14
Shift Pattern Monday \- Friday 08:30 \- 17:00
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support and maintain the company brand across all touchpoints in Ireland
- Ensure consistent visual identity, branding, and messaging across marketing materials, digital platforms, and internal communications
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative output aligns with company and group brand guidelines where applicable
- Design marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, banners, infographics, company profiles, brochures, and promotional materials
- Produce high\-quality graphics and layouts for corporate events, exhibitions, client presentations, and internal campaigns
- Translate technical and corporate concepts into visually engaging and accessible designs
- Create engaging visual content for social media campaigns across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels
- Support the delivery of digital marketing initiatives through creative assets for websites, email campaigns, and online communications
- Create graphics that support employer branding, thought leadership, and company awareness initiatives
- Stay updated on social media trends, design best practices, and emerging creative technologies to improve output continuously
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, engineering, and business development teams to create visually compelling communication materials
- Support internal communications initiatives, including employee engagement campaigns and company updates
- Creation of basic motion graphics, animations, or video content for marketing campaigns where required
- Liaise with external suppliers, printers, and agencies as required
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Ensure all work is delivered accurately, consistently, and in line with agreed timelines
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of creative output and visual communications
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver fit\-for\-purpose creative solutions
- 3\+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within facilities management, engineering, construction, or corporate services sectors
- Third\-level qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
- Strong experience in corporate branding and visual identity management, and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Experience in basic video editing, motion graphics or Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects would be advantageous.)s.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and digital design standards
- Must be highly organised, methodical, with emphasis on detail, quality, and timeliness
- Great communicator with the ability to interpret briefs and present creative ideas effectively.
- Knowledge of photography and videography is an added advantage
