Graphic Designer
About EMC3 Reality
EMC3 Reality is a UK\-based marketing and engagement agency specialising in gamification, loyalty mechanics, digital promotions and campaign technology.
We work across FMCG, retail, hospitality and B2B, building promotions that genuinely move consumers — from instant win games and receipt validation platforms to digital loyalty cards and in\-store activations.
Our client roster includes household names and global brands, and our pipeline is expanding across multiple European markets. We're looking for a designer who wants to be part of that growth.
The Role
As our Graphic Designer, you'll be central to delivering high\-quality creative assets across a diverse range of campaigns and activations. You'll work directly with the team to translate briefs, wireframes and brand guidelines into polished, production\-ready design — fast.
This isn't a corporate in\-house role. Every project is different. One day you're designing a World Cup penalty shoot\-out game interface; the next, a peel\-to\- reveal on\-pack mechanic or a digital loyalty card for a restaurant group.
What you will do
Design consumer\-facing digital assets for gamification campaigns, loyalty programmes and promotional activations.
Translate wireframes and UX flows into polished, brand\-compliant UI designs.
Create presentation materials, proposals and pitch decks to a high agency standard
Produce print\-ready assets for on\-pack promotions, POS and in\-store displays.
Work within multiple client brand guidelines simultaneously, maintaining consistency across deliverables.
Collaborate with campaign managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and production\-ready.
Support the creation of shopper journey visuals and activation concept presentations.
Manage multiple briefs in parallel, meeting deadlines in a fast\-paced agency environment.
Who we're looking for
Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing agency or promotions environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design across varied briefs.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) — Figma a bonus.
Comfortable working from wireframes and turning concepts into client\- ready visuals.
Attention to detail and a genuine eye for layout, typography and colour.
Ability to work independently, take clear direction and deliver on time.
Experience designing for promotional campaigns, FMCG brands or retail activations is a real advantage.
Positive, proactive attitude — we're a small team and everyone contributes to the culture.
Flexible by Design
We're open to full\-time or part\-time arrangements, with 2–3 days per week in the office and the remainder remote. Whether you're looking for school\-run\-friendly hours, a compressed week, or a full\-time creative role you can grow into — let's talk. What matters most is quality output and reliable delivery, not when you're at your desk.
What We Offer
Salary £20,000 – £30,000 depending on experience and hours.
Hybrid working — 2–3 days in the office, remainder remote.
Direct access to senior decision\-makers — no layers of bureaucracy.
A varied, genuinely interesting project mix across FMCG, retail and B2B clients.
The chance to grow with an agency that's expanding into new European markets.
A collaborative, no\-nonsense team environment where good work is noticed and credited.
Pay: £20,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
Benefits:
- On\-site parking
