Graduate/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We’re looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join a growing specialist recruitment team in Rickmansworth. No previous recruitment experience is required — we’ll provide comprehensive training, ongoing development and the support you need to build a successful career.
You’ll specialise in the Construction and Engineering sectors, working with leading organisations to identify and attract talented professionals.

Job Description:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the recruitment process from end to end, developing relationships with both clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing a structured recruitment training programme
- Developing a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and specialist sectors
- Identifying and approaching high-quality candidates
- Building and maintaining candidate relationships
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Understanding client requirements and matching them with suitable candidates
- Using industry-leading recruitment technology and platforms
- Managing vacancies through the recruitment process
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Developing your sales, negotiation and communication skills
- You don’t need previous recruitment experience. We’re much more interested in your attitude, ambition and determination to succeed.
