The Graduate Technical Systems Integrator will support OROKO's ongoing investment in operational excellence, digital transformation and scalable growth.

Working closely with senior leaders across Operations, Technology, Finance and Customer Experience, the graduate will analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of technology\-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency, service delivery and commercial performance.

This role provides a structured development opportunity for a recent graduate seeking experience in business analysis, process improvement, travel technology and operational strategy within a leading luxury travel company.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Business Process Analysis \& Improvement

· Map and document key operational workflows across the customer journey.

· Analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and service quality with inhouse technology platform.

· Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practice frameworks with CRM and Reservation system.

2\. Technology \& Digital Transformation

· Support the optimisation of OROKO's technology ecosystem, including CRM, reservation and supplier platforms.

· Work with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to identify opportunities for system enhancement.

· Assist with testing, implementation and adoption of new technology solutions.

· Support API integrations and workflow automation projects aimed at reducing manual processes.

3\. Data \& Business Insights \& Analysis

· Gather and analyse operational, customer and supplier data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

· Develop dashboards and reports that support decision\-making.

· Monitor key business performance indicators and provide regular reporting to management.

· Support data quality and governance initiatives.

4\. Project \& Change Support

· Assist in coordinating cross\-functional projects.

· Track actions, timelines, risks and deliverables across improvement initiatives.

· Prepare project updates, presentations and management reports.

· Support communication and engagement activities relating to business change programmes.

5\. Stakeholder Engagement

· Work collaboratively with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance and Technology.

· Participate in workshops and process review sessions.

· Capture requirements and feedback from stakeholders to support solution development.

· Build effective working relationships with external technology and service partners.

Pay: Up to €30,000\.00 per year
