REED Education are seeking ambitious and motivated Graduate Unqualified Teachers to work in secondary schools across Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience before embarking on teacher training or a PGCE.

We are looking for graduates from all academic backgrounds. Whether you are a subject specialist looking to teach within your degree discipline or a confident graduate seeking a more general classroom-based role, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects or within your specialist area


• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment


• Support students in their learning and development


• Gain hands-on experience within secondary school settings


• Build the skills and confidence needed for a future teaching career

What We're Looking For

• A degree in any subject


• A genuine interest in education and working with young people


• Strong behaviour management and classroom presence


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Reliability, professionalism and adaptability


• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
