Graduate Researcher / Delivery Consultant – Quant & Hedge Fund Recruitment

Moorgate, London \| £22,000–£40,000 Base \+ Uncapped Commission

A boutique recruitment firm specialising in the quantitative trading and hedge fund space is looking to hire a Researcher / Delivery Consultant to join its growing team in London.

The business partners with some of the world’s leading hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, market makers and HFTs, helping them hire exceptional talent across quantitative research, software engineering and machine learning infrastructure.

This is a delivery\-focused role with no business development required, working directly alongside one of the firm’s Partners to support graduate hiring into elite buy\-side firms globally.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with high\-performing graduates and postgraduates from institutions including Oxford, Cambridge, MIT and Stanford, placing talent into some of the strongest quantitative trading firms in the world.

Typical candidates come from Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics and related technical disciplines.

You’ll be trained directly by senior leadership and given real autonomy early on, with clear progression and strong earning potential from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing candidate processes from first outreach through to placement


• Building relationships with exceptional graduate and postgraduate talent


• Supporting hiring processes for leading hedge funds and trading firms


• Working closely with a Partner on live mandates


• Conducting market research and talent mapping


• Coordinating complex interview processes

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years’ experience in recruitment preferred (especially tech, finance or financial services), but not essential


• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness


• Hardworking, coachable and motivated


• Comfortable speaking with high\-level candidates and clients


• Degree not essential — personality, work ethic and intelligence matter more

• Base salary between £22k–£40k DOE


• Uncapped commission structure starting from 5–10%, increasing up to 25–30%
