Graduate Recruitment Consultant

No recruitment experience is required. We are looking for individuals with the drive, resilience and ambition to learn and succeed.

What You'll Be Doing • Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career aspirations

• Identifying and engaging high quality talent through various sourcing methods


• Supporting clients with their recruitment requirements


• Managing the end to end recruitment process from initial contact through to placement


• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments


• Developing market knowledge within your specialist sector


• Building a network of professionals and becoming a trusted adviser within your market

What We're Looking For • Recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years' commercial experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Confident, resilient and self motivated


• Competitive nature with a desire to achieve and exceed targets


• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in business


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to build credibility and rapport with people at all levels
