The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You'll play a key role in helping businesses attract top talent while supporting candidates in finding their next career move.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.


• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of vacancies.


• Advertise roles across job boards and social media platforms.


• Match candidates to suitable opportunities based on skills and experience.


• Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer and placement.


• Negotiate offers and provide advice to clients and candidates.


• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.


• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM and recruitment systems.


• Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organisational and time management abilities.


• A proactive, resilient, and target\-driven approach.


• Confidence building relationships and negotiating.


• Self\-motivated with a positive attitude.


• Good IT skills and attention to detail.

• Previous recruitment, sales, business development, or customer service experience.


• Experience working in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.


• Full UK driving licence (if applicable).
