The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You'll play a key role in helping businesses attract top talent while supporting candidates in finding their next career move.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of vacancies.
- Advertise roles across job boards and social media platforms.
- Match candidates to suitable opportunities based on skills and experience.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer and placement.
- Negotiate offers and provide advice to clients and candidates.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM and recruitment systems.
- Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive, resilient, and target\-driven approach.
- Confidence building relationships and negotiating.
- Self\-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Good IT skills and attention to detail.
- Previous recruitment, sales, business development, or customer service experience.
- Experience working in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
- Full UK driving licence (if applicable).
