• Basic Salary: £30,000 \- £35,000 \+ Uncapped Commission

Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant: The Role

• Conduct market research and map senior talent markets


• Build candidate shortlists through targeted research and outreach


• Develop relationships with candidates and clients


• Write engaging job adverts and approach high\-calibre talent


• Learn how to develop client relationships and win new business


• Become a specialist within your chosen market

Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant: Requirements

• Degree educated (2024, 2025 or 2026 graduates)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• High achiever (e.g. sports, societies or similar environments)


• Commercially minded


• Resilient and proactive

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
