Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Merit-Based Progression (Entry Level to Director)
Location: Bristol City Centre
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm (Early Finish Fridays!)

In this Graduate Recruitment Consultant role, you'll build your own specialist desk, speak to clients and candidates daily, and develop the commercial skills to win business, manage processes and close deals. This is a phone-led, target-driven position with uncapped commission and long-term progression.
What you'll do:
- Identify candidates and coordinate interviews
- Develop client relationships and win new business
- Manage the process end-to-end from briefing through to offer
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Become a specialist within your market
- Ambition and resilience
- Confident communicator (comfortable on the phone)
- Motivated by targets, earnings and progression
- Coachable attitude and strong work ethic
- Sales experience helpful, not essential
