Established over 12 years ago by experienced search professionals, they partner with some of the world’s leading hedge funds across the US, UK and Asia to deliver senior\-level talent across trading, quantitative research, technology and investment functions.

They are now looking for ambitious graduates to join their London office as Graduate Associate Consultants.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – What You’ll Be Doing

This is a candidate\-focused executive search role where you’ll learn how to operate within the elite hedge fund market while building relationships with some of the most talented individuals in finance and technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching global hedge fund markets and mapping key talent


• Building relationships with traders, quantitative researchers, analysts and technology professionals


• Headhunting high\-level candidates for retained executive search mandates


• Supporting senior consultants on complex, high\-value assignments


• Managing candidate processes from introduction through to offer stage


• Writing market insights and candidate briefs


• Conducting detailed market research and competitor analysis


• Working closely with senior stakeholders and industry\-leading clients


• Developing long\-term networks across the investment and quant finance space
