Autograph Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated graduate to join our friendly team in Chepstow. You don’t need recruitment experience—or a particular type of degree. We’ll give you the training, support and practical experience you need to develop a successful career.

Recruitment is fast-paced, sociable and rewarding. You’ll speak with a wide range of candidates and businesses, build valuable commercial skills and help people secure opportunities that could change their lives.

What will you be doing?

• Finding and speaking with talented candidates


• Learning how to interview and assess applicants


• Writing and advertising vacancies


• Matching candidates with suitable opportunities


• Building relationships with candidates and local businesses


• Supporting candidates throughout the interview process


• Developing your sales, communication and negotiation skills


• Working towards achievable individual and team targets

• A recent graduate or currently completing your degree


• Confident and comfortable speaking with new people


• Ambitious, motivated and eager to progress


• Positive, resilient and willing to learn


• Organised with strong communication skills


• Excited by targets and the opportunity to earn commission
