Join our Center of Excellence (COE) team in Germany and kick\-start your career through an international graduate program designed to prepare you for a future role in field application engineering.

During the program, you will build strong technical and commercial skills through training, hands\-on experience, and international exposure.

Networking \& Learning

• Work in an international team and build your internal network


• Connect with Marketing and Product teams in Oregon (USA)


• Participate in structured training programs to support your development

• Gain expertise in Tektronix, Keithley, and Elektroautomatik products and solutions


• Support customers in solving pre\- and post\-sales technical challenges

• Learn from experienced engineers during customer visits


• Benefit from a dedicated mentor throughout the program


• Develop into a Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) within 12–18 months

• 12–18 months graduate program with guaranteed permanent position


• Permanent contract from day one
