This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop their expertise in sustainability while working on a diverse range of projects across sectors such as commercial, education, public sector, mixed-use, and masterplanning.

- Assisting in the preparation of sustainability reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Contributing to energy, carbon, and environmental assessments under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate sustainability into building design.
- Attending client and project meetings to gain exposure to consultancy and project delivery processes.
- Conducting research on industry regulations, sustainability trends, and best practices.
- Supporting the development of Net Zero Carbon and sustainability strategies across various projects.
- A strong interest in sustainability and the built environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Placement year, internship, or work experience within sustainability, engineering, environmental consultancy, or the construction sector.
- Knowledge of sustainability assessment methods such as BREEAM, WELL, or LEED.
- Understanding of Net Zero Carbon, energy efficiency, or whole-life carbon principles.
- Familiarity with building performance, environmental modelling, or energy assessment tools.
