In this role, you’ll gain hands\-on experience in building apps and websites for some of the UK’s biggest brands. You’ll learn how to capture and analyse client requirements, manage relationships, and proactively address business risks and dependencies. You'll be involved in UX/UI design projects, influencing outcomes with a user\-centric approach while staying updated on the latest IT advancements. This role also covers project management methodologies, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication—ensuring smooth project delivery and team motivation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2:1 Bachelors Degree in a Business or Tech related field.
- Ability to assess complex problems, interpret data, and propose solutions.
- Ability to work in cross\-functional teams and contribute to a supportive work environment.
- Basic understanding of project lifecycles, organization, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Previous experience in an office based, customer focused role is beneficial.
Stakeholder \& Client Management: Engage with international stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure solutions align with business goals.
Project \& Delivery Oversight: Support project planning, backlog prioritization, and risk management while keeping teams on track for delivery timelines.
Cross\-Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between scrum teams, managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and contributing to Scrum of Scrums.
Performance \& Process Improvement: Track team velocity, release metrics, and resource management while driving continuous improvement.
End\-User \& Customer Focus: Ensure a user\-centric approach in design, anticipate requirements, and implement enhancements.

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£33,000\.00 per year
