What You’ll Be Doing Building Customer Relationships

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing SME clients


• Gain an understanding of customer shipping behaviours and identify opportunities for improvement


• Deliver a high level of personalised service and ongoing support

• Complete a comprehensive 12\-month development programme covering sales strategy, negotiation, customer success, and market positioning


• Learn through a blend of residential training, classroom sessions, shadowing, and hands\-on field coaching

• Support clients post\-onboarding, assisting with pricing, billing, queries, and service enhancements


• Position yourself as a trusted advisor, solving problems effectively and collaboratively

• Work towards clear performance milestones linked to progression opportunities


• Earn lifetime commission on all accounts you manage

• £35,000 base salary \+ strong first\-year OTE
