<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As the <strong>Government Affairs Strategic Partnerships Lead</strong>, you will lead market expansion by securing access to critical infrastructure, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving operational success in a highly regulated environment. You will develop strategic partnerships with public and private entities, navigate complex government processes, and ensure compliance while establishing access to high-value transportation hubs across the country.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Secure high-impact locations for bus stops and stations by leveraging government relationships and private-sector negotiation skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, municipal councils, and regulatory bodies to support business growth</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead region strategy and align commercial objectives with government policies by identifying opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Represent the company in discussions with transportation authorities and media and prepare materials for hearings and public consultations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead site acquisition, ensuring compliance with zoning, permitting, and safety standards across jurisdictions</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop partnerships with businesses, transit agencies, and property owners to enhance station access and amenities</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the primary contact for station-related and government relations matters, advocating for the company in infrastructure planning forums</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Up to 30% business travel as needed </span></li>

<h3 style="line-height: 1.4;">About You </h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications or a related field </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate development, including work with government entities</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success in owning business strategy and securing agreements with government agencies or private stakeholders to support business growth</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of project management experience with strong knowledge of transportation regulations and public transit systems</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1+ years of people management experience or experience leading cross-functional teams with in-direct reporting lines</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and analyzing policies to identify risks and opportunities</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to senior officials and business leaders</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with real estate transactions, land-use planning, and infrastructure development</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with RFPs and grant writing is a plus but not required</span></li>
