What we're looking for

We are looking for a Google Workspace Deployment Engineer to join an international project with the following conditions:

Location: Portugal (Lisbon)
Working model: Hybrid, com pelo menos 2 dias presenciais por semana
English level: C1 (mandatory)

Main Responsibilities

  • Deployment and configuration of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Editors, Sites, Mobile, Chat, Meet)

  • Conduct technical workshops and configuration sessions for Workspace products

  • Showcase and advise on Google Admin Console roles, policies and best practices

  • Provide security recommendations and implement administrative settings

  • Perform data migrations from OneDrive, Exchange and Box using Google Workspace Migrate

  • Design and implement technical architecture for administration, security and collaboration

  • Structure primary and secondary domains, identity architecture and provisioning strategy

  • Configure mail routing, security policies, networking and administrative controls

  • Manage ChromeOS and mobile endpoints

  • Support automation initiatives using AppSheet, AppScript or Gemini for Workspace (preferred)

If you also have these skills
  • Strong experience in Google Workspace Administration

  • Hands‑on experience with Workspace Migration tools (GSDS, GSSMO, GSSME, Workspace Migrate)

  • Knowledge of identity management (SSO, SCIM)

  • Experience with domain architecture and provisioning automation

  • Experience with ChromeOS and MDM

  • Technical consulting experience in customer‑facing roles

  • English level C1
