<p>As the <strong>GTM Enablement Manager</strong>, you’ll build and scale enablement programs that empower Oasis internal GTM teams, as well as our Partners and Customers.<br>This includes building the Sales Enablement: establishing enablement programs and resources to equip Sales, SEs, BDRs and CSMs teams with the skills, tools, and insights needed to improve performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.<br>You’ll also manage the rollout and optimization of the LMS/CMS tool.</p>
<p><strong>How You'll Make an Impact:<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong> Sales/ Technical Enablement</strong>
<ul>
<ul>
<li>Design the onboarding paths for AEs, BDRs, SEs, and CSMs and roll out the role based Certification paths.</li>
<li>In partnerships with Product and Product Marketing create and maintain enablement content such as sales playbooks, objection-handling guides, product messaging, and pitch frameworks.</li>
<li>Maintain the ongoing enabling program.</li>
<li>Develop use-case driven workshops, hands-on demos, QBRs and training bootcamps.</li>
<li>Ensuring smooth implementation and high adoption of the existing tech stack.</li>
<li>Drive adoption of enablement tools (Highspot, Seismic) and integrate training content via LMS/CMS platforms.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<br><strong>Partner Enablement</strong>
<ul>
<ul>
<li>Build scalable onboarding and enablement programs for our Channel partners:</li>
<ul>
<li>Roll out the Partner Academy - a blend of online learning and instructor-led training designed to equip partners with the knowledge and resources to scale effectively.. </li>
</ul>
<li>Maintain co-selling content, certification tracks, and partner toolkits.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<br><strong> Customer Enablement</strong>
<ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to develop onboarding journeys, training libraries, webinars, and customer certifications.</li>
<li>Roll out the Customer Enablement Portal.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<br><strong>Enablement Infrastructure</strong>
<ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage the setup, governance, and optimization of enablement tools such as <strong>Highspot, Seismic, </strong>or similar LMS/CMS platforms.</li>
<li>Track enablement KPIs (e.g., time-to-productivity, certification completion, tool usage, training impact) and continuously improve programs based on insights.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What makes you a good fit:<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in a Sales, Partner, or Technical Enablement role within a cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth B2B tech company.</li>
<li>Proven experience building enablement programs for both <strong>technical</strong> (e.g., SEs, solutions engineers, architects) and <strong>non-technical</strong> audiences.</li>
<li>Experience implementing and administering enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, LMS platforms).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across functions and regions.</li>
<li>Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, threat detection, or related technologies is strongly preferred.<br><br></li>
