As our Global Workplace Manager, you're the person who makes all of it happen with sharp attention to detail, contagious energy, and a genuine vision for what great looks like.

You'll join a driven People team and become the owner of Spendesk's physical and cultural experience across 3 offices in 3 countries and growing.

What you'll be doing:

Workplace \& Office Management (multi\-country)

You run our offices in Paris, London, and Barcelona. Your scope expands as Spendesk does.

  • Oversee day\-to\-day operations across all sites: logistics, safety, vendors, leases and relocations

  • Own and manage workplace budgets with both rigor and creativity

  • Turn each space into a living reflection of our culture from meeting room names to badges, decor, and layout

  • Manage office access and ensure smooth daily hospitality for everyone on site

  • Track office occupancy data and design initiatives to maximize space utilization

Events \& Employee Experience

You design and deliver the moments that make people proud to work here.

  • Hackathons, Summer \& Winter Parties, monthly brunches, themed afterworks, wellness events...

  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to scale events across France, the UK, Spain and beyond

  • Own the annual events calendar and budget from the big picture to the last detail

  • Pilot all\-hands meetings and team events with flawless execution

  • Drive internal communications to build visibility and excitement around every initiative

Onboarding

You're the first human face every new Spendesker meets \- make it count.

  • Orchestrate all operational aspects: invitations, Slack channels, calendar setup, office tours

  • Welcome new joiners in Paris and coordinate seamlessly with London and Barcelona

  • Animate the new joiners channel and make sure no one falls through the cracks

  • Run and analyze onboarding surveys to continuously improve the experience

What we're looking for:
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) \- you work across both languages every day

  • 4\+ years of experience in a fast\-growing startup or scale\-up environment

  • Proven track record in multi\-site office management across countries and cultures

  • Strong ownership and autonomy \- you don't wait to be told, you make things happen

  • Data\-savy \- you're comfortable tracking occupancy, analyzing surveys and using tools and AI to improve the workplace experience

  • Excellent stakeholder management \- you align diverse teams without breaking a sweat

  • Resilient and adaptable \- last\-minute changes and shifting priorities don't throw you off, they energize you

  • Warm, dynamic, and naturally sociable \- people gravitate toward you

  • Firm when needed \- you hold your ground with vendors, respect budgets and follow through
