We are seeking a Global Product \& Technical Sales Manager to lead a strategically important product portfolio within our business. This high\-impact role combines product management, technical sales leadership, market development, and commercial strategy, offering the opportunity to shape growth across international markets including Europe, Asia, South America, and beyond.

The Role

As the global leader for your product portfolio, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategy, driving market development, supporting commercial teams, and ensuring technical excellence in customer\-facing activities.

You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Manufacturing, and R\&D teams to accelerate growth, strengthen market position, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global product strategy and roadmap for a key product portfolio.


• Identify and develop growth opportunities across existing and emerging markets.


• Translate market, customer, and application insights into compelling value propositions and product positioning strategies.


• Lead product promotion activities internally and externally, ensuring strong market visibility and commercial engagement.


• Provide technical sales leadership and support for complex customer opportunities, strategic projects, and major bids.


• Partner with regional and global sales teams to achieve ambitious order intake and market development objectives.


• Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.


• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to ensure commercially successful and technically robust solutions.


• Support product lifecycle management, including portfolio optimization, product enhancements, and new product introductions.

• Proven experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, Technical Sales, or a similar commercial\-technical leadership role.


• Strong technical background, ideally within engineered products, process equipment, or industrial technologies.


• Demonstrated success in driving profitable growth through product strategy, customer engagement, and cross\-functional collaboration.


• Commercially minded with the ability to balance customer needs, technical requirements, and business objectives.


• Experience working in complex, international, matrix organizations.


• Strong stakeholder management and relationship\-building skills.


• Ability to work independently and navigate organizational complexity.


• Fluent English is essential; Spanish would be an advantage.
