Make a difference as Global Finance Business Partner

Reporting to the Global Manager Business Control, as a Strategic Finance Business Partner for the function Seed Operations and Business Dynamic Open Field, you act as the proactive strategic partner to enhance business performance, improvement and growth. You are the trusted advisor for Senior Management of the function and the cross\-functional Business Dynamic. As member of both teams, you are actively involved and share accountability in shaping and implementing the business strategy. You provide strategic input with a focus on value creation, improvement and growth. Furthermore, you lead the planning \& control cycle and conduct and prepare high\-quality financial analyses, business cases and investment plans.

In the role of Global Finance Business Partner, you are the linking\-pin between Finance, Seed Operations and the Business Dynamic team. Your key focus areas are:

Member of the Functional Management Team and the cross\-functional Business Dynamic Team, with clear accountability for value creation, strategy execution and performance;

Business and sparring partner of the Functional Director and the functional and cross\-functional Management Teams, providing insight, challenge and decision support;

Drive and optimize the financial performance by leading the plan\-to\-perform cycle which includes a best\-in\-class reporting, budgeting and forecasting process across all business dimensions;

Lead and drive business development activities (e.g., business cases, M\&A activities etc.);

Member of Global Business Control Lead Team and sparring partner of CFO and Finance Management Team;

Develop and build capability with regional and local Business Controllers and Finance Managers.

What you bring as a future colleague

The ideal candidate has a Master\-degree, complemented with around 10 years of relevant working experience in Controlling and Business Partnering preferably in a supply chain environment. You should be able to work in a fast\-paced environment and have the right drive and ambition to make a career within this growing company.

You are a driven, analytical and strategic financial who aspires to work in an international supply chain context. You are experienced as Business Partner, and you enjoy working with senior managers. Building connections, working together and ensuring objectives are realized is what motivates you. You easily connect with others, and you have a good understanding of Finance and supply chain processes on a global scale. Contributing to the right decision making is what you consider an exciting challenge, and your general Finance professionality enables you to lead. In short, you:

Have at least 10 years professional experience as Finance Business Partner preferably in a supply chain context;

Have experience in an international and multi\-cultural work environment;

Have an analytical and strategic mindset. You challenge people in the organization to continuously improve on strategic performance;

Have proven stakeholder management capabilities at all levels, and you know how to make impact and influence Senior Management;

Are a team player with high integrity with a personal and professional point of view;

Are curious, innovative, energetic and self\-confident;

Are proficient in the English language;

Have the ambition to challenge yourself and grow within the company.
