Your impact:

As Global Senior Director, RevOps \& GTM Operations, you will own the end\-to\-end revenue engine of Botify. Your mission is to orchestrate revenue operations, streamline our go\-to\-market processes, and accelerate predictable, scalable growth by aligning Sales, Marketing and Account Management around a common revenue motion.

Beyond running today's RevOps function, you will lay the foundations of a broader GTM Operations organization: a unified ops layer that, within 12 to 24 months, will encompass Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations and operational support for adjacent functions (Product, Engineering). You will also be the operational leader of Botify's AI\-powered GTM transformation, embedding AI and automation across every stage of the revenue lifecycle.

You will be a member of the GTM leadership team and report directly to the CFO.

What you will be striving for****:


  • Unite \& align: You will bridge the gap between Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Marketing so that every team works seamlessly toward a single goal: profitable, repeatable revenue growth.

  • Data\-driven steering: You will turn data into decisions: building a single source of truth, forecast methodology, win/loss analysis, cohort and churn insights, revenue attribution and board\-level reporting that the Exec Committee relies on.

  • Process excellence: You will own the lead\-to\-cash process end\-to\-end: handoff rules, SLAs, stage gates, playbook governance and pipeline hygiene: so every cog of the revenue engine turns smoothly.

  • AI\-powered GTM: You will define and execute Botify's AI\-powered GTM roadmap: deploying agents, automation and AI\-driven workflows across Sales, Marketing, CS and Enablement in line with our OpCo mandate.

  • Tech stack \& innovation: You will own the GTM tech stack (CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, enablement, conversation intelligence, data platform) : evaluate, procure, integrate, automate, govern.

  • Enablement \& ramp: You will scale a high\-performing revenue organization through onboarding, ramp, sales methodology, tool adoption and continuous coaching.

  • Growth strategy: You will partner with the full C\-Suite to translate strategy into execution and to model the capacity, territories and quotas that will deliver our growth plan.

Scope of the role:

You will lead one team accountable for the full revenue motion, structured around seven complementary pillars:

Strategy \& planning

  • GTM model design, territory and quota planning, headcount and capacity modelling, annual and QBR cadence.
Process design
  • Lead\-to\-cash flow, handoff rules, SLA definition, stage gates and exits, playbook governance.
Tech stack \& tools
  • CRM ownership, tool evaluation and procurement, integrations and data flow, automation and workflows, vendor management.
Data \& analytics
  • Single source of truth, pipeline hygiene rules, KPI and metric definition, dashboards and reporting, data governance.
Revenue enablement
  • Onboarding and ramp, playbooks and content, sales methodology, tool adoption, skills coaching support.
Forecasting \& revenue insights
  • Forecast methodology, win/loss analysis, cohort and churn trends, revenue attribution, board\-level reporting.
CPQ \& deal desk
  • CPQ configuration and maintenance, product and pricing catalogue, quote and order accuracy, non\-standard deal approvals, discount governance and guardrails, contract and Legal liaison.
Partnerships Operations
  • Support the Partnerships leader in building and scaling Botify's partner motion — Google Cloud (GCP),AWS, and the broader hyperscaler, technology and channel ecosystem.

AI Mandate: A Defining Pillar of the Role

Botify operates at the heart of the agentic AI search revolution. The next Global Senior Director, RevOps \& GTM Operations, will be the operational driver of our internal AI transformation: making sure that what Botify sells to the market is also embedded in the way Botify sells.

  • Define and own Botify's AI GTM roadmap across the entire revenue engine: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Enablement.

  • Identify, prototype and roll out AI use cases: pipeline generation and prioritization, account research, deal coaching, forecast augmentation, customer health scoring, churn prediction, content generation and post\-call intelligence.

  • Deploy and govern AI agents and automation inside the GTM tech stack : CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, CPQ, marketing automation, CS platform.

  • Establish responsible AI governance for the revenue organization: data quality, prompt and model governance, security, observability, ROI measurement.

  • Be the AI evangelist of the GTM org: train, coach and certify revenue teams on AI\-native workflows; turn AI adoption into a measurable productivity lever.

Your day\-to\-day


  • Lead the global RevOps, Marketing Ops and Revenue Enablement teams with the primary accountability of driving revenue team productivity and AI adoption.

  • Run the forecast cadence with the C\-Suite and regional leaders : and own its accuracy.

  • Drive performance through reporting and governance cadence (pipeline reviews, QBRs, board materials).

  • Use data to optimize sales coverage, segmentation, territories and quotas.

  • Build, drive and police an enterprise\-ready Deal Desk: own non\-standard deal approvals, discount governance, pricing structures and contractual terms; be the partner of choice for the field on every strategic deal.

  • Operationalize the partner motion alongside Brandon and the Partnerships team — co\-sell with GCP, AWS and emerging strategic partners, with clean attribution, clean handoffs and clean reporting.

  • Onboard new revenue team members and drive continuous skill development on product mastery, modern sales methodologies and AI\-native workflows.

  • Ensure consistent global practices for quote and contract management, forecasting, pipeline definitions, global account rules of engagement, budget creation and lead source attribution.

  • Partner with Finance on revenue planning, ARR reporting, commissions modelling and compensation design.

  • Partner with Services on the customer lifecycle (onboarding, expansion, renewal) and contribute to the future PMO that will live in the Services organization.

Your qualifications:

Must have

  • 8\+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations or Enterprise Data Management, including 3\+ years in a senior leadership position.

  • Proven track record of building, leading and scaling RevOps / GTM Ops functions in a high\-growth B2B SaaS environment: ideally with international (US \+ EMEA) scope.

  • Strong revenue and operations DNA: you have owned forecast accuracy, pipeline health, productivity KPIs and quota attainment, not only systems and reporting.

  • Hands\-on mastery of the modern GTM tech stack: Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), CPQ, sales engagement, marketing automation, conversation intelligence, CS platform, BI / data warehouse.

  • Demonstrated experience deploying AI and automation across the revenue engine: with measurable productivity and revenue outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change in a revenue organization: to challenge the status quo, design new processes and bring the field with you.

  • Excellent executive presence: comfortable presenting to the C\-Suite, and able to translate complex operational topics into clear business outcomes.

  • Strong collaborative problem\-solving: both tactical and strategic: across functions, regions and seniority levels.

  • Full professional fluency in English.
Nice to have
  • Experience evolving a RevOps function into a broader GTM Operations organization (including Marketing Ops, Product Ops or Engineering Ops).

  • Experience in a search, MarTech, AdTech, e\-commerce or AI\-native SaaS company.

  • Experience operationalizing a Partnerships motion with hyperscalers (GCP, AWS, Azure), co\-sell, marketplace, and partner attribution.

  • Exposure to the deal desk, CPQ governance, and complex enterprise contracts.

  • Background in management consulting, Finance, FP\&A, or Venture Capital.

  • Working knowledge of French.
