Role Overview

The role will lead global sales and marketing strategy, expand market presence, and manage high\-value client relationships while driving revenue growth across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across the UK and Europe.

  • Manage key accounts including OEMs and Tier\-1 suppliers in target industries.

  • Drive business development and expand market share in casting components.

  • Lead commercial negotiations and close high\-value contracts.

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.

  • Collaborate with engineering and R\&D teams to align product offerings with market needs.

  • Build and lead a high\-performing international sales team.

  • Oversee region\-specific marketing initiatives and brand positioning.

Key Expectations
  • Achieve consistent revenue growth and meet annual sales targets.

  • Expand market share across European regions.

  • Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing accounts.

  • Establish strategic partnerships with key industry players.

Candidate Profile
  • Engineering graduate with MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or International Business.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in casting components sales within UK and European markets.

  • Strong exposure to Railways, Automotive, or Jet Engine industries.

  • Proven track record in handling large accounts and closing high\-value deals.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Nationality: USA, UK, or Germany
