Global Reward Manager
Position
As Global Reward Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and governance of the Reward strategy for Moët Hennessy. You will closely work with Moët Hennessy’s Maisons and Regions, aligning compensation packages with business goals and LVMH Group’s standards. You will participate in key projects and provide expert support for talent’s engagement and performance.
Job responsibilities
Compensation
- Participate in Moët Hennessy division’s ICR annual compensation cycle. Support the data preparation and the campaign kickoff, contributes to simulations and final bonus calculations, review and assess ICR proposals, coordinate the proposals’ submission.
- Coordinate the participation in salary surveys for Moët Hennessy. Exploitation of market data and benchmarking.
- Update job mapping and job levelling across the division.
- Participate in Pay transparency deployment and implementation in Europe and at worldwide level.
- Develop attractive and engaging compensation packages aligned to market standards and the internal structure of some teams of Moët Hennessy’s Corporate office.
- Lead the annual compensation review process and bonus computation for some teams of Moët Hennessy’s Corporate office, collaborating with HRBPs and Managers, following LVMH and Moët Hennessy division’s guidelines.
- Support the design of benefits impactful programs, drive innovative benefit trends across Moët Hennessy division, support employee wellbeing initiatives, enhancing the employee experience.
- Manage employee benefits programs for some teams of Moët Hennessy’s Corporate office, while ensuring consistency and equity.
- Act as a key advisor and business partner to C\&B professionals, HR business partners, and HR leadership across the Moët Hennessy network.
- Support the development and deployment of strategic compensation projects, such as incentive schemes, benefits, job levelling, internal mobility, … as well as benefits, recognition and wellbeing projects.
- Participating in our HR transformation journey, which leverages technology and new ways of working to drive operational excellence and bring added value solutions.
Profile
- Relevant experience in Compensation, Rewards, and Benefits, ideally gained from multinational organizations or HR consulting firms. Experience in International mobility management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to assess proposals and challenge constructively.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power BI), proficiency in using AI\-powered tools, data driven mindset.
- Project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, good listening skills, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
- Being a team player who works proactively and takes solution\-oriented initiatives
