Global Product Manager - Enterprise AI (Munich, Germany)

Your mission

• Own and drive the product roadmap from idea to launch.


• Work directly with customers to understand needs and uncover opportunities.


• Partner with Engineering, AI, and Design teams to deliver high\-impact features.


• Define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.


• Launch new products and capabilities that drive adoption and revenue growth.


• Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.


• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support go\-to\-market execution.

Your profile

• 5\+ years of Product Management experience, including AI product.


• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.


• Customer discovery, user research, and requirements gathering.


• Product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization.


• Strong understanding of product\-market fit, customer journeys, and growth metrics.


• Strong customer empathy and analytical thinking.


• Ability to work across technical and business teams.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership.

• Experience with AI, enterprise software, or industrial/manufacturing technology.


• Startup or high\-growth company experience.


• Background in engineering, data, or software development.
