We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Global Product Lead \- Cross Border Payments \& FX Solutions.

You’ll drive the growth of HSBC Cross Border Cross Currency Solutions \& Platforms globally. You’ll work closely with the Global HSBC Product and Sales teams \- as well as with other functions, including Compliance \& Legal, Marketing, Implementation and Engineering to develop and deliver on the Global commercialisation plans for the strategically important Payment \& FX Solutions key priorities.

In this role you will:

  • Work with the HSBC Payments \& FX Solutions team to build, maintain and close a strong pipeline, specifically in Institutional space

  • Create, communicate and deliver on our strategy and plan for growth across all regions

  • Work on projects to improve our sales processes and approaches both within the region and globally, such as helping iterate our pitches and messaging, our pricing strategies, go to market efforts \- or anything else that helps drive growth

  • Foster a direct relationship between the product and Sales Teams

  • Join and contribute to, client led discussions, supporting the Sales team on the execution of the Payments strategy

  • Collaborate closely with the Product teams to share valuable feedback (based on your conversations with prospects) to guide product roadmap and improve end customer experience.

  • Evaluate and assess opportunities for scaling payments and FX opportunities at pace, working across a multitude of global and regional stakeholders to build out a commercialisation plan
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Passionate about driving and delivering a strategy that results in product growth and scale.

  • Obsessive client centric mindset, able to navigate customer asks, and algin with our own Product Operations and Tech team to deliver outstanding customer value, both for existing clients as well as winning new opportunities

  • Highly self\-motivated with a deep curiosity and an ability to not only highlight the logical next priorities but deliver on them, aligning execution plans against them to drive the most significant business benefit

  • Analytical, data driven, with project management skills, along with an ability to both build consensus and challenge norms when required
