- Commercial Excellence: Drive the development and deployment of best practices, processes, and analytics to enhance sales performance and decision\-making. Build organizational capabilities through targeted training and hands\-on enablement, while defining and steering improvement initiatives either directly or by coaching others to execute improvement projects.
- CRM System Leadership (Salesforce): Act as global owner of the CRM platform, ensuring adoption, data quality, and continuous enhancement to support sales effectiveness.
- Price management: Own and continuously optimize the pricing tool, ensuring strong user adoption and full alignment with commercial and OTC processes. Manage and streamline pricing processes, including the facilitation of annual global price updates and the execution of mass price changes throughout the year, ensuring consistency, compliance and efficiency.
- Pricing Tool Management: Own and optimize the pricing tool, driving user adoption and ensuring alignment with commercial processes/OTC process.
- Price Block Management: Govern and manage price blocks, ensuring robust controls, proper approval workflows, and timely resolution to minimize commercial disruption and maintain pricing discipline.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement improvements to streamline workflows, enhance systems, and increase commercial discipline globally.
- System Integration: Lead and drive improvements in system connectivity and data flow across Salesforce, pricing tools, and SAP to enable seamless commercial execution. Ensure strong integration and data consistency across key domains, including customer master, product master, and price master, supporting reliable and efficient end\-to\-end processes
- Customer Insights (NPS®): Manage the bi\-annual APM Net Promoter Score (NPS®) survey and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Data \& Analytics: Establish and manage a Commercial Excellence KPI framework (e.g., price realization, margin improvement, win rate, and pipeline conversion) to monitor commercial performance and drive fact\-based decision\-making. Translate data into actionable insights on overall commercial performance to support leadership alignment and strategic decisions
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross\-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Marketing to ensure alignment of commercial processes, tools, and data.
- Rebates and Commissions Management: Coordinate and manage global rebates and commissions, ensuring accurate calculation, transparent tracking, and timely execution in line with commercial policies and performance objectives
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Marketing, Science or Technical discipline.
- Knowledge and past experiences in commercial excellence, continuous improvements, CRM tools and SAP.
- LSS Green or Black Belt certification is appreciated
- Ability to quickly understand rules of the market and play with them in a meaningful way.
- Experience with managing internal and external contacts and networks.
- Influencing skills and consultative skills needed as well as good vision and judgment skills.
- Good verbal and written skills of English.
- Respect and understanding for cultural sensitivity and cultural differences in a business environment.
