What You'll Do

Our Global Learning \& Development (L\&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.

You will lead a team of delivery professionals and ensure consistent, high\-quality execution of learning programs aligned to global L\&D priorities, including performance management, capacity planning, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day\-to\-day execution of programs across formats and regions


• Manage team workload, balancing capacity, timelines, and priorities


• Act as escalation point during live delivery environments


• Partner with faculty to ensure seamless and engaging learner experience


• Monitor delivery quality, feedback, and performance metrics


• Coach and develop team members to improve capability


• Identify inefficiencies and implement delivery improvements to improve learner experience

• Leading teams while remaining hands\-on in execution


• Managing complex live delivery environments


• Building strong faculty and stakeholder management


• Resolving issues calmly in real\-time scenarios


• Balancing quality, speed, and experience


• Coaching and developing others

• 6\+ years of relevant experience in L\&D, program delivery, events, or service environments


• Proven experience managing end\-to\-end learning or event delivery with high quality and consistency


• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop individuals or small teams in delivery\-focused environments


• Strong stakeholder and faculty management skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations


• Experience operating in live or time\-sensitive environments, managing issues in real time


• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs


• Continuous improvement mindset focused on enhancing learner experience and delivery quality

You will collaborate with Global L\&D leaders, program owners, regional delivery teams, vendors, and enabling functions to deliver excellent learner experience and build a high\-performing delivery team.
