Job Description

Responsibilities:* Ensure procedures are up to date and in place for all processes

  • Stay engaged on any compliance issues

  • Work with teams to ensure all risks are mitigated

  • Identify control gaps and ensure gaps are eliminated

  • Work closely with the Airline Relationship Management and support with escalations

  • Support with any initiatives and projects

  • Work closely with process improvement manager to ensure we capture all potential improvements in the team and work to execute

Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of relevant experience

  • Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)

  • Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations

  • Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3\) or more days per week.
