German & Turkish Speaking Senior Business Developer

A global leader in cross\-border e\-commerce regulatory compliance is recruiting a bilingual Business Development Officer. Working within an agile, four\-person business development unit, you will manage major client relationships, lead complex contract negotiations with executive decision\-makers, expand regional market share, and mentor junior colleagues.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: Steward key client portfolios, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership teams.


• Deal Execution: Independently negotiate, structure, and finalize profitable commercial agreements.


• Service Delivery: Coordinate the smooth execution of tailored compliance solutions aligned with individual client objectives.


• Analytics \& Forecasting: Track key performance metrics, maintain accurate revenue projections, and present reporting to leadership.


• Territory Expansion: Partner with outbound sales teams to identify and capture emerging market opportunities across assigned regions.


• Team Leadership: Offer coaching, ongoing mentorship, and daily guidance to associate business development team members.


• Industry Alignment: Stay abreast of global e\-commerce regulatory shifts while building robust partner and vendor networks.

• Professional Experience: 3\+ years of proven background in key account management, B2B deal closing, and strategic business development.


• Language Capabilities: Fluent proficiency (C2 level) in both German and Turkish, combined with C1\-level professional English.


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.


• Core Competencies: Highly organized, confident in high\-stakes environments, and adept at balancing complex stakeholder priorities.


• Presence \& Mobility: Based in or open to relocating to the Frankfurt area, with full availability for 4 days on\-site per week and periodic travel for industry events.


• Desirable Qualifications: Prior experience in e\-commerce or regulatory compliance environments; knowledge of additional foreign languages.

• Financial Package: Fixed base pay of €50,000 supplemented by performance\-linked bonuses and corporate benefits.
