Your Main Tasks \& Responsibilities
- Account Management: Take complete charge of onboarding new clients. You will design and implement smart "Pay\-Per\-Click" (PPC) advertising strategies tailored to different business models.
- Strategic Advice: Study each client's specific business needs and offer custom digital solutions that help them hit their major performance targets.
- Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize powerful advertising campaigns meant to help brands enter new markets quickly and sustain long\-term growth.
- Revenue Growth: Analyze data to find new ways to expand your clients' accounts, proving that their ad spend is driving real profits.
- Relationship Building: Work closely with clients to build strong, lasting relationships so they view you as a vital partner in their digital growth.
- Detailed Record\-Keeping: Maintain perfect, highly accurate notes in our computer database regarding every client interaction and account change.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Fluent or native\-level written and spoken German and English. You must be comfortable using both languages for complex business negotiations and daily teamwork.
- Education Background: A Bachelor's degree is required. Holding a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a major advantage.
- Technical Mindset: Forward\-thinking and tech\-savvy. You should know how to use modern AI tools to work faster and deliver better results for your clients.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex technical data into simple, clear points for company executives.
- German Market Expertise: A strong understanding of the German business world, including professional manners, corporate etiquette, and strict data privacy laws (GDPR).
