As a Client Success Specialist, you will focus on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In this role, you will help new, fast\-growing companies and innovative tech firms transition into our digital systems smoothly.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Client Management: Handle the entire onboarding process for new accounts. You will design smart "Pay\-Per\-Click" (PPC) advertising plans customized for many different business models.
- Expert Consulting: Carefully study what each client needs, then provide custom digital tools to help them reach their major performance goals.
- Campaign Management: Launch and run powerful ad campaigns designed to help companies enter new markets quickly and sustain long\-term growth.
- Business Growth: Increase incoming revenue by finding new ways for clients to expand. You will use data to prove that their ad spend is driving real profits.
- Client Retention: Build strong, trusting relationships to ensure clients stay with us, becoming an essential partner in their digital growth.
- Accurate Record\-Keeping: Maintain highly detailed, flawless notes in our CRM software regarding every account update and client interaction.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Perfect written and spoken German and English (C2 level). This is required to handle complex business negotiations and collaborate with international teams.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Holding a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a major advantage.
- Tech \& AI Savvy: A forward\-thinking mindset with the ability to use modern AI tools to make your daily work faster and more efficient.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to break down complex technical data into simple, actionable points for company executives.
- German Market Expertise: A deep understanding of the German corporate world, including professional etiquette and strict data privacy laws (GDPR).
