Your Main Responsibilities

• Account Setup \& Management: Manage the entire onboarding process for new clients and design smart "Pay\-Per\-Click" (PPC) advertising strategies for different industries.


• Strategic Consulting: Analyze specific client needs and provide custom digital solutions to beat tough performance targets.


• Campaign Management: Launch and run high\-impact ad campaigns focused on quick market entry and long\-term business growth.


• Revenue Growth: Find new ways to expand your clients' accounts by using data to show a clear return on investment (ROI).


• Client Retention: Build strong, trusting relationships so clients see you as an essential partner in their success.


• Organized Record\-Keeping: Keep all client information and account updates perfectly organized and accurate in our CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluent or native\-level German and English (C2 level). This is required to handle technical talks and collaborate with our international team.


• Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Holding a Master's degree in Marketing or Business is a major plus.


• Tech Savvy: Comfortable and forward\-thinking, with the ability to use modern AI tools to work faster and deliver better results.


• Great Communication: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital ideas simply to company executives.


• German Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of how business works in Germany, including local corporate etiquette and strict GDPR privacy rules.
