German Speaking Onboarding Account Manager

As a Client Success Specialist, you will help innovative tech companies and fast\-growing "unicorn" startups use our digital tools effectively.

Your Main Tasks \& Responsibilities

• Account Management: Handle the entire onboarding process for new clients. You will build smart "Pay\-Per\-Click" (PPC) ad plans made specifically for different types of businesses.


• Problem Solving: Carefully study what your clients need and provide custom digital solutions to help them reach their major sales goals.


• Running Campaigns: Launch and manage powerful ad campaigns designed to help brands enter new markets quickly and grow steadily over time.


• Revenue Growth: Find new ways to expand your clients' accounts by using data to show them exactly how they are making a profit.


• Client Retention: Work closely with your clients so they see you as an essential, long\-term partner for their business growth.


• Staying Organized: Keep highly detailed, perfect notes in our computer system to ensure every account update is recorded flawlessly.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Perfect written and spoken German and English. This is required to handle executive business talks and collaborate smoothly with international teams.


• Education: A university degree (Bachelor's) is required. Having a Master's degree in Marketing or Business is a major plus.


• Modern Skills: A forward\-thinking mindset with the ability to use AI tools to make your daily work faster and more efficient.


• Communication: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas in a way that is simple for company bosses to understand.


• German Market Expert: A strong understanding of how business works in Germany, including local professional habits and strict privacy rules (GDPR).
