German-speaking Customer Support and Marketing Assistant

Alert House is a small tech company, and we are looking for a German\-speaking customer support assistant and marketing assistant to handle customer support related tasks for our clients in German and English\-speaking countries via phone and email. You will also be responsible for our SoME, marketing material as well as some administrative tasks in the office.

We develop, manufacture, and sell electronics and software solutions for the pest control industry and the wildlife market. The position requires a well\-organised and driven person to handle support flexibly. We need help on a weekly basis and during vacation periods.

Tasks:

• Helping with customer support


• Support our key account manager in German and English\-speaking countries


• Support daily operations related to customer relations and communication.


• Participate in exhibitions in Germany once or twice a year.


• Develop and implement content for our social media platforms and website (Google, Instagram, LinkedIn).


• Write and publish SEO\-friendly posts and articles that are unique and of high quality, with and without the use of AI.


• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphic materials.


• Update manuals


• Create monthly newsletters

• Fluent in German and English (oral and written)


• Technical flair and interest in tech products


• Experience or interest in customer support


• Experience in social media and graphic work
