The Most Important Things About Your Team, Your Focus, and Your Impact
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
AI is changing what's possible in marketing, not through large, complex engineering projects, but through smart, targeted integrations that unlock the capability already in the tools we use every day. The Marketing AI Lead (m/f) is the person who makes that happen: activating AI across our MarTech stack, building the workflows that remove manual effort from recurring activities, and connecting every improvement to a measurable commercial outcome. You´ll work with modern AI and MarTech ecosystems like Zapier, n8n, salesforxe, LLMs, generative AI platforms, etc.
This is a greenfield role for someone who thinks in systems and speaks the language of both AI and business outcomes – with the strategy set, the priority areas confirmed, and a supportive AI ecosystem already in place. You don't need deep marketing experience, you need to know how to use AI intelligently, script the integrations that make it practical, and care enough about commercial impact to own the outcomes. The role has clear ownership, sitting in a growing global AI\-team with direct access to marketing leadership, and real commercial accountability. If you want to define what AI\-enabled marketing looks like in practice, not just talk about it, this is the role. Ready to shape RIB´s next AI Level?
Division: Global Marketing
You will report to: Vice President Global Marketing
Key Responsabilities:
=========================
This role is organised around four areas of ownership. Each represents a part of the marketing function where AI, applied practically and connected to performance, creates compounding value.
MarTech \& AI Platform Enablement
Unlock Marketing Technology by connecting tools, activating features, and scripting integrations that create measurable improvements in how marketing operates.
- Activate and connect AI capabilities across Salesforce, AgentForce, DreamData, Asana, and other marketing platforms.
- Build automations and integrations using APIs, scripting, and low code tools to remove manual work and improve efficiency.
- Own the MarTech AI roadmap, prioritising opportunities based on measurable business impact.
Every AI activation must be connected to a performance metric. Speed, quality, and scalability of marketing execution are the measures – not tools deployed or workflows built.
- Establish performance baselines and track the impact of every AI initiative against clear success metrics.
- Build AI powered reporting and insights that turn marketing data into actionable recommendations.
- Use AI to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and market intelligence (competitor \& market monitoring) for faster, better decisions.
Content production and campaign execution are two of the highest\-volume, most manually intensive areas in marketing. AI can transform both – if someone owns the workflow design.
- Design AI enabled workflows that scale content creation, repurposing, and campaign execution.
- Leverage AI to accelerate ideation, content planning, and campaign development.
- Ensure all AI generated outputs meet brand, quality, and governance standards.
Raise the AI capability of the whole team by sharing what works, building reusable assets, and making AI accessible to marketers who are not technical.
- Create reusable prompt libraries, workflow templates, and best practices that enable marketers to work more effectively with AI.
- Share successful use cases and drive adoption of proven AI solutions across the global marketing team.
- Partner with the AI Enablement team to promote responsible AI usage, governance, and capability building to the overall marketing team.
================
- 3 \- 6 years of experience in AI, business systems, marketing technology or AI\-adjacent role. What matters is a track record of using AI or scripting to improve workflows and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Proven track record of connecting technology or AI initiatives to measurable outcomes – in any commercial context, not necessarily marketing.
- Workflow orchestration: experience with low\-code or no\-code orchestration tools – Make, Zapier, n8n, Copilot Studio, or equivalent – to build and maintain automated marketing workflows without engineering support.
- Scripting and integration: comfortable with scripting (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) and API integrations to connect marketing systems and automate data flows. You don't need to be a software engineer but you need to be comfortable in the technical layer between marketing tools.
- Prompt engineering: strong, practical prompting skills for consistent, on\-brand outputs across marketing use cases. You can build prompt libraries the broader team can use – not just ad hoc generation.
- Data interpretation and performance reporting: you can work with GA4, Search Console, and CRM data to identify performance insights, build basic reporting pipelines, and interpret results clearly. Strong enough to know when the data is telling you something important.
- Commercial mindset: you connect every AI initiative to a measurable outcome – time saved, pipeline contribution, or cost reduction – and can make that case to a VP, CMO and a CFO.
- Collaborative by nature: you work closely with the global marketing team, the AI Enablement Lead, and the wider AI Engineering community. Comfortable navigating diverse stakeholders across Germany, Denmark, Spain, India, South Africa, the US, and Australia.
- Clear communication: you can explain what an AI workflow does and why it matters to a marketer who isn't technical and can brief a technical colleague on a marketing requirement without losing either audience.
- Travel: your are willing to travel internationally as required (2\-3 trips per year).
- Language Skills: you´ll bring very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
- Experience working in or closely with a marketing team.
- Experience in relevant AI, automation, or analytics certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot Operations Hub, Salesforce, Make, or equivalent. Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console (including reporting and data interpretation)
- Experience in CRM AI features – Salesforce Einstein, AgentForce, or equivalent
- Experience in Marketing automation platforms Pardot / MCAE\+, HubSpot, Marketo or equivalent
- Experience in paid media platforms – Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, AI\-powered campaign features
- Experience working in Corporate Business/ matrix organisations
